Our Faulty Categories
Please note: We are unable to list the exact faults of items.
Our faulty devices are tested in-house and placed into one of 6 categories:
- Minor Fault
- Major Fault
- No Touch ID
- No Power
- iCloud Locked
- Blacklisted
Minor Fault
- Powers on
- Working Touch ID
- No iCloud / Account Lock
- GSMA / CheckMend Clear
- Liquid indicator may be tripped but there will be no water damage on the board
- Will have 1 or more of the following faults:
- Cracked glass (back/front)
- Faulty module e.g. microphone, speaker,camera etc.
- Battery issues
- Button faults
- LCD faults
- Housing Damaged or bent
- May have other non-board faults or damage
Major Fault
- Powers on
- No iCloud / Account Lock
- GSMA / CheckMend Clear
- Liquid indicator may be tripped
- Will have 1 or more of the following faults:
- IC chip faults
- Wi-Fi faults
- Not activating
- Not restoring
- Boot loop
- Faulty SIM reader
- May also be Minor Fault
No Touch ID
- Powers on
- No iCloud / Account Lock
- GSMA / CheckMend Clear
- Liquid indicator may be tripped
- Touch/Face ID will not work
- Original home button IC may be present, but this is not guaranteed
- May also be Major Fault/Minor Fault
No Power
- Does not power on
- Liquid indicator may be tripped
- May also be No Touch ID/Minor Fault/Major Fault
- Recommended for parts only
- Correct IMEI may not be retrievable therefore may have iCloud lock or blacklisted
- No returns accepted for devices in this category.
Winning Bidder Failure To Pay.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for bidders failing to pay for auctions. Winning bidders must pay the full amount within 24 hours of the end of the auction, Failure to pay will result in buyers account being permanently removed.
